Phase 1 - Architectural
A gut renovation of a top floor owners' unit in a 3-story residential building was designed to have a loft-like feel. Parterning with Architect Josh Goldstein on the architectural phase, walls and finished ceilings were removed to create open living spaces and a double height kitchen. The kitchen, which was once a small room in the back, was relocated to the center of the apartment. A second bathroom was added. A new staircase leads to a mezzanine level above the living and dining areas and up to a private roof.
Phase 2 - Furnishings and Decor
An eclectic mix of old, new, vintage and a little bit of modern are blended together to create a comfortable home that reflects the homeowners' lifestyle.
